PRESIDENT

Cgc Ritchie

Proudly serving as President of the Lady Eagles Volleyball Booster, Cgc Ritchie spearheaded the effort to establish it as a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, making it the very first booster organization in Eagle Pass to achieve this status. As a former USA Volleyball/Lone Star Region Adult Coach of Juniors, he completed SafeSport Training, IMPACT Training, and rigorous background checks. This valuable background gave him a deep appreciation for building a safe, accountable, and encouraging athletic environment where young athletes can thrive.

Cgc believes volleyball is a powerful platform for teaching confidence, discipline, teamwork, and resilience far beyond the scoreboard. Through the Booster, he is dedicated to uniting parents, coaches, athletes, and the community to ensure every player feels supported and inspired. His ultimate vision is to cultivate a culture of pride, unity, and positivity that elevates school spirit and leaves a lasting legacy for the Lady Eagles Volleyball program.
